Diy: Ombre Flower Headband

Headbands are an easy way to add color and an accessory to your outfit. I love them and own a lot, probably more than I should. Even though I have so many I’m always looking for a new and different headband. This ombre flower headband I made is super easy and should take you no more than a half hour to create. And as usual, you will only need a few materials to create this headband!
Materials needed:
  1. A stretchy headband
  2. Faux flowers (I used paper ones from Michael’s, found in the scrapbook section)
  3. Felt
  4. Craft Krazy Glue
  5. Scissors
Start by cutting small circles from the felt. They should be about the size of a quarter, and if anything a little smaller rather than bigger. ┬áNext gather your faux flowers and arrange them how you would like so when you are gluing you know which way you want them. Start adding glue to the felt. Add small amounts, rather than large amounts as to much will just make a mess. Attach felt circle to the headband. Press for 20-30 seconds. Then add glue to the headband and attach the flower. Again press 20-30 seconds. Then add glue to the sides of the felt not attached to anything and bring them up to adhere to the flowers. Press again for 20-30 seconds. Continue adding flowers until it is to your liking. And that is it! It’s easy, fun and gives a pretty bohemian look!
