Who doesn’t love chocolate? It’s one of those things that just makes you happy inside and out. I came across this chocolate-raspberry tart recipe the other day when I was searching for a raspberry tart to make. I hadn’t even thought of a making a chocolate tart until I saw this one. It looked so decadent and delicious, not to mention fairly easy to make. It only requires several ingredients which to me less is more, and is key to any good recipe.
Simple, yet elegant and tastes as good as it looks! I can imagine serving this to dinner guests, friends, at a party or any occasion for that matter. The chocolate crust is crispy, the center creamy and smooth. And topped with fresh tart raspberries, it all makes for one amazing dessert!
